Between 2011-2015 we built a framework based on client work that contains a step-by-step approach and methods that can improve the commercial operations of firms with specific AI/ML applications. It is an experienced-based methodology that has its foundations in the strategic canvas proposed by Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne (Harvard Business School Press, 2005). However, it has been modified to become a practical tool used in workshops and AI opportunity detection, strategy formulation and implementation.
A overview below highlights the various goal-oriented workshops that allow companies to upskill from a reporting, BI or descriptive analytics-driven firm to a modern data-driven organization using appropriate AI/ML solutions. It is however not a linear process, because AI/ML application opportunities exist in different parts of the business, and prioritizing them is a task in itself.
